Tea is being poured into a tea cup

Homemade Tea

Create your own herbal teas using leaves from berry bushes and fruit trees. Simply pick the leaves, let them wilt for about an hour, then crumble them up and store them in a clean container to ferment for 2-4 days. The longer they ferment, the sweeter and more fruity the tea will taste; the shorter the fermentation, the more green and grassy the flavor. Once fermented, set your oven to its lowest temperature, spread the leaves on a baking tray, and dry them out for 1-3 hours, or until they’re fully dried.
