As the Gathering comes to a wonderful conclusion and we all head our ways back home, we continue to carry the beautiful experience as a mix of feelings and memories in our minds, bodies and spirits. Taking time to reflect is an essential part of evaluation at IYR. It is also a great way for you to gather your thoughts and relive your favorite Gathering moments, and to later weave them together during the all staff “Reflections and Lessons Learned” session, in August.
