IYR staff currently uses Otter AI: a speech to text application that transcribes audio in real time. This session will also be video recorded and there will be a notetaker present. The information expressed during the sharing circle will be aggregated (anonymized and grouped together) and shared in a report with the public. Raw and/or identifiable data will only be shared with the Creation program team and Data and Evaluation team. Data will be maintained by the Data and Evaluation Manager in IYR’s online database and password protected.
