A project budget helps you balance your funds, manage costs, guides spending and overall helps you reach your project goals. This workshop will educate grantees on the importance of having a project budget, for example: to contract services, having a contingency fund, purchase of equipment and/or venue space. A case study will be completed to help better understand how a budget is useful in achieving project goals. Participants will also benefit by receiving tools and resources to assist them with creating their own budget. (Feel free to change this up so it aligns better with brand voice!)
