We’ve had a change in facilitators for our Powwow Fitness Class! Same date and time, but we’ll be joined by Nazarene Pope (She/Her) who will lead us through the workout.
Join us for some medicine through movement. This 40 min workout will incorporate powwow dance steps from different styles of powwow dance and the sounds of contemporary and traditional powwow music into a simple, follow-along workout.

About the facilitator:
Nazarene Pope (She/Her) is an Afro-Indigenous artist of Wendat and Trinidadian descent, born and raised in the city of Toronto. She has been a Fancy Shawl and Jingle dress dancer for over 11 years.
