2. Submit data | Submit output data collected using the online form. | 2nd Thursday | Online form | DELs |
3. Import submitted data | Download submitted data from Gravity Forms. Review it and import into CRE’s database. | Before 3rd Thursday | Tableau Prep Builder, pgAdmin | KMIM |
4. Download & upload report | Download report from Tableau Online. Upload report to Asana, and assign to director. | 3rd Thursday | Tableau, Asana | DELs |
5. Review & approve report | Review the report on Asana, make edit requests and complete task. | 4th Thursday | Asana | Directors |
For every entry submitted here by a DEL, they automatically receive a Slack notification, from Gravity Forms.
Each notification will have its unique “Entry ID”, as well as other details.
If you ever need to make a request to edit a particular entry, please send a Slack message (to James Arruda) with the entry ID of the submitted entry you would like to change and the details about the change you would like.
