Conrad Prince is Anishinaabe/Caribbean and belongs to the Sagkeeng First Nation under Treaty #1 in Manitoba. After reclaiming his Anishinaabe identity following the Sixties Scoop, Conrad now resides in Barrie, Ontario.
As an experienced leader, Conrad Prince is known for his strategic vision and commitment to transforming organizations. His effective leadership in initiating and steering complex programs to successful completion has made him a driving force for change in government, non-profit, and academic sectors.
Conrad excels in leading change, addressing challenges, and fostering innovative and equitable environments. His efforts align organizational practices with social justice and reconciliation, significantly enhancing community engagement.
Throughout his career, Conrad has led strategic initiatives that merge sound planning with effective change management, improving organizational adaptability and tackling inequalities. His insights influence significant strategies and promote inclusive and equitable organizational cultures.
Outside of his professional life, Conrad believes “family is medicine” and enjoys supporting his two sons in their sports and schooling activities, including basketball and baseball. He is committed to work-life balance, taking time to enjoy and celebrate life.
