Chris Mitchell

Taliaq! My name is Chris Mitchell and I’m Mi’kmaq and Irish originally from Halifax, NS. I graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. When I’m not doing Graphic design I spend my time writing music, making art, and beading. Shortly after graduating college I moved back to Canada and started doing freelance design for many Indigenous owned companies and artists. I look forward to bringing my design skills, extensive knowledge on Indigenous cultures, and creativity to the Indigenous Youth Roots team.
