IYR Creation grants are led by an advisory circle of 21 Indigenous youth.

Advisory Circle members meet five times a year virtually to provide guidance and leadership around the direction of the IYR Creation funding program. The members also sit on a minimum of two Review Circles and help make funding decisions.
