Shawish Market

Shawish is a virtual Indigenous marketplace whose mission is to help Indigenous businesses thrive across North America. Within the online platform, Indigenous artists can create their own profiles and upload their own products. Our commitment is to support our vendors by reducing fees as much as possible. This site is perfect for any ally that wants to support First Nation Communities. Through Shawish, we as Indigenous people can continue our ancestors’ ways of life. Read more from their recent feature.

Finding Our Power Together

Finding Our Power Together is an Indigenous non-profit organization working to support Indigenous youth across Turtle Island to gain access to the resources they seek to achieve their self-determined goals. We work as an interdisciplinary team of Indigenous and allied individuals to develop and facilitate mental health and educational programming to foster positive self-identity and leadership capacities in Indigenous young people to end preventable death and suicide in Indigenous communities.

Indigenous Climate Action (ICA) is an Indigenous-led organization guided by a diverse group of Indigenous knowledge keepers, water protectors, and land defenders from communities and regions across the country. We believe that Indigenous Peoples’ rights and knowledge systems are critical to developing solutions to the climate crisis and achieving climate justice.

Aims to change the country by changing the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth.

We are the Native Youth Sexual Health Network: a grassroots network of indigenous youth and intergenerational relatives that works across issues around reproductive health, rights, and justice.

Aims to reduce harm around stigmatized experiences such as substance use, displacement, and other survival strategies resulting from racism and colonization.

We give Northern Inuit & Indigenous youth a safe space to participate and grow through Indigenous-led, arts-based, and culturally grounded programs.

Tungasuvvingat Inuit (TI) is an Inuit-specific registered not-for-profit Ontario service provider offering social support, cultural activities, employment, and education assistance, youth programs, counseling, crisis intervention, and more.

We at Indian Residential School Survivor Society (IRSSS) strive to provide physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth, development, and healing through culturally-based values and guiding principles for Survivors, Families, and Communities.
