What is the “Winter Legends Series,” and what should visitors expect?

Winter Legends Series is a virtual lodge to honour the colder weather by sharing the good medicine of storytelling.  It’s a practice shared among many to bring people together and share time, especially when Pleiades is above our heads.  The series will include storytellers from different communities. Visitors can expect exciting, thought-provoking stories that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Is this the first event in this series, and is there another one planned for the future?

The first event will begin Wednesday, January 26th at 6:30pm.  We are aiming to have a storyteller each Wednesday until it’s time to start the indoor planting.

Is it free?

Yes, this event is free!

Is it family friendly?

All legends shared are family friendly, stories are meant to be shared and received together.

Join us, sign up to the Winter Legend Series today!
